Learn more. Tickets Riverbanks Zoo and Garden is open daily from 9am until 5pm. All members and guests are required to obtain timed arrival tickets for entry. (Once you are admitted to the park, there is no limit to your visit.) Due to the impacts of COVID-19, discounts for members of reciprocal zoos or aquariums are not being honored at Riverbanks at this time. Riverbanks relies on admission, membership and other ticket purchases to help feed and care for the animals and plants and support vital park operations. Thank you for your support! GENERAL PUBLIC - Timed Tickets Adults — $21.99 plus tax Children ages 2–12 — $18.99 plus tax Children younger than 2 — FREE Military (please present military ID at gate) — $19.99 plus tax Senior Citizens (ages 62 and up; please present photo ID at gate) — $19.99 plus tax All purchases are non-refundable. FREE FRIDAYS - Timed Entry Reservations January and February only for residents of Richland and Lexington Counties in South Carolina. Residents of Richland or Lexington County must present a timed entry reservation confirmation and proof of residency for each member in the party over age 18 at any Riverbanks ticket booth to obtain free tickets for entry. Proof of residency required (e.g., South Carolina driver’s license, South Carolina photo ID, property tax statement or vehicle registration). MEMBERS - Timed Entry Reservations Free with membership. Plan ahead! Some member times are booking quickly and may be filled to capacity on busier days. We wish we could open all times to our valued members, but we are doing our best to ensure the safety of our guests, staff and the animals while balancing your generous membership support with our additional need for general admission revenue to help recover from extended closure.
